Making a great product is only part of the job. It also needs to meet safety and compliance standards for wherever you plan to sell it. That’s where we come in.

We help you navigate the testing process from start to finish, making sure your product is ready for retail without wasting time or money. Most of our testing is done through labs in Asia to keep costs low, but if you need testing done closer to home, we have U.S. options too.

How It Works

First, we kick things off with a quick meeting to learn more about your product. We’ll ask about materials, place of manufacture, intended age grading, target markets (including platforms like Amazon), and anything else that might affect testing requirements. Product photos and packaging images help a lot at this stage.

Once we have the details, we prepare a quote for testing. We look for ways to save you money, like bundling tests or combining reports, before sending over a cost estimate for your review.

Before you send physical samples, we do a preflight check of your product and packaging. A lot of issues can be caught early, especially with labeling. Fixing them now helps avoid delays and extra charges later.

When you're ready, you’ll send about three samples to the lab. Most tests take 5 to 10 business days. Once the results are in, we walk you through the report and help with any follow-up needs, such as submitting documentation to Amazon or updating your packaging to reflect compliance marks.
